- dymk 9y agoClearly both of the mentioned groups are guilty of some wrongdoing.
- juicyfroot 9y agoOne made a prank, misleading dangerous and fraudulent phone call. One shot an unarmed man in the face/body. One of those scenarios is not like the other in terms of magnitude.

- kazagistar 9y agoPhone calls that are intended to cause violence, terror, and possibly death aren't what I would call a "prank". They might still be different in magnitude, but both should involve a jury and jailtime.
