I'm in agreement that you are entitled to use the full recline. One is also entitled to cough and/or sneeze throughout the flight over top of your reclined head

I'm in agreement that you are entitled to use the full recline. One is also entitled to cough and/or sneeze throughout the flight over top of your reclined head, as they are also entitled to accidentally bump your seat many times while fumbling to access their luggage and other personal items. I find myself exercising the latter entitlements with a very strong correlation to those exercising the former.
