Have you found Wix or Webflow to work better for an app web site?

Are they roughly comparable? Or is one significantly better than other? We want a way for people to sign up to our newsletter, form submission for feedback. It's for a mobile app, so the mobile version of the site is more important than the desktop one. Our designer, who doesn't know HTML/CSS, should be able to work on it. Thanks.
