I also get the impression that they're lifted by these small teams in transition periods. No one plans to stay in wework for long if they can help it. There's a reason why landlords like long term leases and I can't imagine wework is immune to the pressures of a down market.

Wework is definitely eating a bunch of risk. I imagine we'll get to see how good they are at modeling it soon enough...
