- dsr_ 9y agoThat was the big thing that Yahoo used to offer -- easy store setup. They did it by buying Viaweb, which was founded by some guy named Paul Graham...
- walterbell 9y agoIf Amazon sees enough traffic to a category/product, they sometimes create their own branded competitor.
- robryan 9y agoeBay is probably closer than Amazon to that model. Amazon is more aiming for a consistent experience across their range and deemphasising the third parties you are buying some of that range from.
