As bad as this sounds, sometimes I have to wonder what the other guy endured. Don't get me wrong, this is a huge no no, but I wonder what the customer said/did to make the employee feel like this was worth the "get back" knowing full well it could result in termination.
- yeukhon 9y agoExactly my thought. While Amazon will not release the specific mitives if any, what was going on in this guy’s brain? Was he mentally ill, like depressed? Although the popular culture took call center into a comedy plot [1], the psychologies of these workers remain depressing I guess.
