Upper class is a stretch. $200k is enough to live in a nice apartment and travel once or twice per year. It is not enough to pair a yacht with your condo (it is not even enough to afford most of the >1BR condos in Jersey City). Maybe "upper middle class" but I don't see how anyone outside of the 1% can reasonably be called "very much upper class."
