How can you have state-wide collectivism without authoritarian control?
There's always going to be a few people who want to be independent - and you can only squish that at the point of a gun.
- tabeth 9y agoThis is a great question -- I think the jury is still out on this one. Someone will eventually figure out the right set of incentives, in the right quantities, targeted to the right groups that'll make it work, though.
