I would assume this would require an entire change in the way Facebook handles ads for jobs. Either that or they would have to bow out of employment ads entirely. I'm wondering how closely Monster, Indeed, etc are handling these laws as well. Their system seems way less transparent. We could assume they are obeying these laws but who knows.
