- maxxxxx 9y agoIf you ever have a serious illness or an accident money will be taken out of someone's pocket and given to you. Unless you don't have insurance and refuse treatment.
- dmode 9y agoYou can qualify everything as a "handout" then. Like private car insurance, which is taking money from you and paying to a driver who had an accident.
