Overblown hyperbolic statements don't advance your cause. I believe everyone should have the right to join a union, but the payroll of the MTA is very high with over 21,000 employees making upwards of $100,000 [1] in a recent year. This level of payroll hurts the MTA's ability to fund other priorities.
