BTW, Android already had Terminal IDE and Termux for years, two console emulators with prepackaged applications. In Termux you can install Picolisp via 1 command and all other options are buildable with either gcc (the hard way) or ecj + dx + dalvikvm (java toolchain, easy way). Written some small programs in JScheme using vim there, it was an ok experience.
