I don't know what that really means though. People who are smart, hard working, and get the right jobs can get a senior title in 5-6 years at the big companies.
- lpr22 9y agoI know someone hired at Netflix who is belligerent, inexperienced, and lazy. He is a senior engineer there. Titles don’t really matter much at the end of the day.
