- bluthru 9y agoThanks for the link. >his “extensive research and experience confirm the substantial benefits of diversity, including racial and ethnic diversity, to our society.” The benefit of diversity is diversity? It seems like the disadvantages of diversity are observed and tangible, while the potential upsides of diversity aren't defined or proven.
