I was always wondering why HoloLens is insisting on packing the batteries/processor on the headset. I'm very pleased to see Magic Leap going the other way. There is just more room for volume and weight in a pocket than on a user's head. Yes, the wire would be somewhat annoying, but I'm optimistic wireless tech will get there soon enough.
