Accurate. I was trying to focus on personality traits and how companies are perceived from the outside rather than process, which I feel like I could fill a book on.
- jakebasile 9y agoDon't get me wrong, I liked your article. To me, these types of interviews are personality traits and do affect my perception of a company. If I see a company's job posting mention any of these things my opinion of the company lowers even if I don't want to or wasn't considering applying (I look at job descriptions sometimes to figure out what tech a given company uses). How they treat prospective employees matters to me as it also indicates how they'd treat full employees.
