Research is currently ongoing in stable coins like https://makerdao.com/ https://makerdao.com/ In the following decades we will just begin to understand what it means to have decentralised and programmable value. Perhaps we won't use ANY currency in the future and the value of everything will be dynamic and personalised. Say, someone with low tolerance for risk will see more stable prices but slightly higher.
