Probably been chased to other locations. A lot of municipalities have made pan handling a nuisance crime.
- mjevans 9y agoSadly this problem /can/ only be solved by coordinating funding at the national level. I'm still for localities experimenting with what the most effective use of those funds are, but when it's cheaper to ship the problem somewhere else that's what's going to happen. I would /prefer/ a focus on diagnosing and correcting lacking medical treatment (including mental health) and re-integration in to society as a real person.
