The best known advocate is Lenore Skenazy, who now blogs for https://letgrow.org/ https://letgrow.org/ . There are other free-range parents. There may be a local group. That Let Grow site says part of it mission is to be "where parents who want to Let Grow can find others in their neighborhood". I have no experience with the Let Grow site.
