I don’t believe that a police determination that this case would not be presecuted is a matter of opinion. The facts of why that decision was made is a very important fact that is relevant for me in how I feel about Microsofts actions.

- aero142 9y agoWhat I was responding to was a claim that the police investigation was not included in the article because news tries to separate it's news from opinion. If the police did not decide to press charges without any reason, then this can be discussed as part of a news article.
