I work for Fox-IT (but don't speak for Fox-IT here). CTMp network sensors are servers storing and filtering network traffic, and generating alerts. We use these sensors for our own monitoring services, and provide these sensors to others as part of the Cyber Threat Management platform (software to run your own Security Operations Center, with greater or lesser involvement of Fox-IT experts).
