My mother lives in a rural part of Kentucky. While staying with her over the summer, I visited the office of the local DSL broadband provider, ‘Brandenburg Telephone’ and it was like a step back in time. This is one of the areas Comcast deemed unworthy of serving and the result is very affordable max 5mbps internet with top notch customer service. I wonder how this region will be affected. Anyone have predictions?
