- matt-attack 9y agoFirstly, Fox doesn't own that building. It's owned by The Irvine Company. The 50 acre Fox Lot next door however is stated to not be part of the Disney deal [1]. Meaning, Rupert would retain ownership of the land (valued at $1.8 Billion).
