One thing that bugs me about these types of 'we hear you loud and clear' statements is the stylistic use of the 'corporate first person plural'. I feel the "we" in this contexts sounds a lot less authentic than a first person singular statement from the founder / CEO. While companies certainly do have a specific and sometimes even unique culture, do we really think that _they_ have "core beliefs"?
