- drcode 9y agoThen use localbitcoin.com, localethereum.com, etc
- anorphirith 9y agoIt's not about what's available it's about what people use, and the power that these companies hold
- toddmatthews 9y agocoinbase is just an exchange, or a way to buy/sell crypto. once you own crypto, you no longer need to use coinbase. coinbase never advertised itself of being decentralized
- anorphirith 9y agoI am well aware of that, the emphasis here is the prevalence of coinbase in an ecosystem that is supposed to be decentralized
- toddmatthews 9y agoand my point is you need something to onboard people from fiat to crypto. it doesn't happen in a vacuum
