Probably not a infrastructure capacity issue but a limited amount of cryptocurrency in a hot wallet for transactions.
- ihattendorf 9y agoIf that were the case it would be withdrawals that were temporarily disabled. There aren't any on-chain transactions made when you buy/sell on Coinbase, only when you deposit/withdraw.
