Absolutely, seeing the same thing happen but didn’t see the similarities with UI/UX until you mentioned it. That is right on. I credit much of it to the rise of people like Marissa Meyer doing similar things to the PM world as people like Jonny Ives did in the UX world. Individuals making that big of a splash significantly alter the perception of their field.
