My workplace uses Aqua Data Studio (http://www.aquafold.com/aquadatastudio_features http://www.aquafold.com/aquadatastudio_features). It supports everything from Oracle, DB2 and SQL Server to PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQLite. It even supports MongoDB. And it even has tools for importing from Excel spreadsheets directly. Pretty much if your RDBMS has a JDBC provider, it works with Aqua Data Studio.
It's not free, and it's not cheap, but it's really quite nice.
