Aeropress is the best coffee I can make at home, but only a single cup.
For some reason my pour over is never good as "the one grandma used to make".
- mazelife 9y agoSeconded on the Aeropress. It beats the French press, which it most closely resembles, in pretty much every metric: you can grind the coffee more finely which gives you better extraction, and you can use less of it to get coffee of the same strength. It's also faster and easier to clean up. And to my palate, it just tastes better.
