Not OP here. Think of all the time people spend in face to face meetings every day when working from the same office. And now think about the time you spend on conferences in front of your monitor.
- roryisok 9y agoWell for me it's a ten minute stand up every day, so about an hour more per week. I hate f.lux though. Tried it for a week and I found my screen going yellow just made me feel like my eyesight was fading every evening
