I've defined who I truly want to be around in my 30's even if that means it's fewer people. Way more comforting than my 20's.
- mcny 9y agoBut the twenties themselves were much more comfortable than high school. And nothing will ever compare to the horrors of middle school. In that sense, of course life is easier because we don't care as much about other people's opinion anymore. As I learn that other people are just as clueless and full of it as I am, I am more confident even though I know I know nothing.
- tluyben2 9y agoWell, I find this 'it gets better' to be everywhere but phyiscal; i'm begin 40s, my mind is clearer than ever before and I can pretty much do what I want and where I want. This seems to improve decade over decade. You start out bound and restricted and then free up over time.
