It's on page 51, we can replace:
LSR
BCC EVEN

with:
LSR
BCC EVEN
ROR
BCS ERR
CMP #$A2
BEQ ERR
AND #$87
saving 2 bytes !
- zwieback 9y agoNice, every byte counted back then. Did you burn new EProms with your version? I remember doing that once just to see it work for some minor modification.
- jcmeyrignac 9y agoIn fact, I was working on another computer, called "Oric 1", and tried to optimize a disassembler. At this time, I spent several months optimizing the Basic ROM from Microsoft, but I never released anything.
