I feel Jobs is exactly right and facinating how relevant this still is today. However, the idea of employees as fanatical followers always struck me as too cult-like. I’d bet with superb vision and organization (managements job), and deep skill and insight (workers job), you can get the results without the fanaticism. Maybe that aspect is just played up for thr media.
