Sunnyvale puts two Onizuka parcels (now Google's) on open market (February 2017)
- DrScump 9y agoThese Sunnyvale city council voted 6-0 to sell these parcels to Google for a below-market price of $21 million. I can't find any online news reports of this. The Mercury has a print article on the front page of today's "The Sun"[0] weekly enclosure, but this article is nowhere on their website, even behind the paywall. It is also mysteriously absent from the City of Sunnyvale website (a search on "Google Onizuka" returns no results). [0] "Sunnyvale to sell 5 acres to Google for $21 million", The Sun, page 1
