most insightful and relevant: Stitch Fix topping out relative to other companies in the same industry because they don't really offer a "whale" option. the takeaway for me: make a product level for the whale, even if it seems a waste of time, it could very well make or break my business. (I'm not captain obvious, but I play one on TV)
