I like this framework, but two thoughts: 1. In some situations, conversation can be interesting and illuminating if you're open to it. I've had some interesting interactions with Uber drivers in particular. 2. In any case above except the chatty Uber driver (where it'd be awkward), podcasts and audiobooks are a great way to make use of the time.
