How would you respond to views that arbitration outcome statistics favor the corporation paying for it?
- philipodonnell 9y agoFacts, not views. Facts says it favors corporations. It may seem like we live in a post-fact world, but here, I believe, you can still call a fact a fact.
- pas 9y agoA lot of consumers are indeed in breach of contract. Even if socially not fair, they agreed to a contract that seemed like a very good deal at the time. That's because of the costs/risks they haven't foresee at the time.
