This is such crap. If they really were committed to making things right in the event of a problem, they wouldn't have to fear being sued.
I mean, even if you have the best of intentions, it's still nice to have all the cards stacked in your favor for your own protection.
- mikeash 9y agoIt is, but that doesn't make it nice to put unreasonable conditions in a contract. If I put a clause in a contract saying I'm allowed to kill you if I get annoyed with you, while promising that I definitely won't kill you and I'm just trying to cover my bases, I don't think that would go over too well.
