Yes, exactly. Be wary of staying too long - then you may not have much to (publicly) show for years of work.
- mozumder 9y agoNot something you'd need to worry about, since you won't get fired from there.
- bdamm 9y agoMaking yourself illiquid is also a way to cut short your career options. Should you have a shift in life priorities you may find yourself wishing to work somewhere that you cannot. Everyone should be able to say something about their work.
