- RhodesianHunter 9y agoI know you're being facetious, but in many states legally yes, provided you're caught in the act.
- dingo_bat 9y agoI am not being facetious. IMO, it is not warranted for anybody to break laws in retaliation to another person breaking a law.
- jlillyreed 9y agoI agree with you. however, the people murdering the thief would claim that they are not breaking any laws.
