Exactly, which in turn burdens all the other roadways such as 29 and 50.
- mikeash 9y agoThey were already burdened by non-HOV traffic. They might get it a little more during the expanded hours, but those could have been changed regardless. For most people, this is adding an option, not subtracting one. I don't get the outrage.
