"Chairman Pai's plan to restore Internet freedom"
This phrase bugs me so much. I can't believe they're calling the end of net neutrality "internet freedom".
- elsurudo 9y agoThere is an argument to be made that hijacking the word "freedom" for this was already half the battle for repealing net neutrality. Good luck battling "freedom" in America... If only the other side could have gotten there first.
- euvitudo 9y agoIt’s a matter of perspective. Freedom from what? In this case it’s freedom from regulation. It’s like hospitals always wanting to cut costs. But it’s never about the patient saving money.
