- elif 9y agoYou can publish a book on how to grow marijuana. They can still make using the book illegal. They can even make using PGP illegal, and there are politicians trying.
- mancerayder 9y agoHuh? There are all sorts of such literature available legally. The US government does not (in 2017 at least) ban these things. Unless you have a recent example?
- elif 9y agoMy point is that while the literature is available, implementing its content is still a controlled action.
