I read not more than a book or two a year (but I do read o lot of blogs). I find it kind of pretentious to claim “I have read X number of books in a year” Trying to read so many books, leaves very little time to contemplate. So I’m not sure why is there a craze of reading X number of books, and later bragging about it (either literally or by “book-name dropping” in conversations). I hope there are more readers out there who enjoy slow reading !!
