I've been thinking about some of the same issues but with dentists--all the sites to locate dentists are utter garbage and there are no reliable ratings for dentists. Worse, dentists toe (and I argue, cross) the ethical line when it comes to patient care, performing often unnecessary fillings in order to make money. The whole dental industry is a cesspool of shady vendors and salesmen pushing dentists to up sell "patients" and be able to charge bigger bills to insurance.
