- quickthrower2 9y ago> "I wanted to see if that would work" This seems advanced to me. Of course this could be a stock phrase copied from an adult. My 2 year old does this a lot and it makes her sound grown up. As an adult I use confirmation bias to say "yup she's smart".
- tarboreus 9y ago2-year-olds are definitely capable of this kind of thinking. The ability to explain it and introspect is more rare.
