It really doesn't take that much time to create a detailed estimate (and then pad it for contingencies). Ultimately the entire rest of the world operates on the basis of real time, not sliding-scale points.
- valuearb 9y agoIt never takes long to put time estimates together that will lead to disastrous project management decisions. The rest of the world benefits far more from faster and more effective product development than it does schedule estimations.
