Nope, the article claims sci-hub is "falling to lawsuits", which seems a bogus statement -- to be determined. Article fails to justify its title. Seems they got an interview with one of the Google Scholar founders, tacked on some random stuff related to scholarly publishing and search, and slapped an unsupported headline on it. (I'm all for breaking science journal paywalls!)
