Ruling the wrong way in tech cases may otherwise have unintended side-effects.
- throwaway613834 9y agoThankfully we don't have to worry about that. Just look at Oracle v. Google -- he considered the entire environment in which the code was written and didn't evaluate the case solely based on the arguments.
