Without the actual data, or even the report that was generated based on it, there is not much that can be concluded. It seems that this leak was specific to the Business school so it's a stretch to generalize to the whole University. Given the categories, I'd sooner attribute this to unconscious bias rather than a secret plot to bias towards female and/or international students though.
